In the last months, VANGUARD has explored the support services of Horizon Results Booster (HRB). HRB, an initiative of the European Commission, helps publicly funded projects streamline their innovation processes and maximise their impact, offering services on Portfolio Dissemination & Exploitation Strategy, Business Plan Development, and Go To Market strategy.
VANGUARD partners enrolled in the Portfolio Dissemination & Exploitation Strategy service that aims to support the exploitation of VANGUARD research results and to create the project’s preliminary exploitation strategy.
On 2 July 2024, the VANGUARD project held a collaborative workshop to benefit from the Horizon Results Booster exploitation services. In preparation for the workshop, partners individually worked on various materials and templates, including a commercial interest model, unique value proposition, commercialisation model, exploitation roadmap, and risk assessment. During the workshop, the partners and the service provider reviewed these documents together, discussed the methodology for exploitation, and analysed project’s Key Exploitable Results. The outcomes of this workshop will help us shape an exploitation roadmap for activities beyond the end of the project.
